Colours

This image was from step two of a three step process to have some fun at playschool. I watched this happen at the Jack and Jill open house in Gibsons the other night. The dish originally contained some whole (full fat) milk. Then the children (my granddaughter Caia here) placed droplets of water that had been coloured with food colouring. The final step was to add a few drops of dishwashing detergent to see the colours flow. It was quite fun to watch.
