I had a nice relaxing day today, some time in the gym, and then menu planning for dinner.
I love to cook and despite the suggestion we head out to a restaraunt for dinner, I really wanted to have a rib-eye steak with some blue cheese roast potatoes, and drunken (cooked in Guiness Stout) mushrooms, garlic, and carmelized onion.
Here is where I got my motivation from even though the finished product doesn't look quite the same.
A rather nice Cab Sauv washed it down nicely.
Yes, I know, not the best for a health smart diet :)
